WHEREBY IT IS AGREED that for a consideration of £375 receipt of which the Vendor hereby acknowledges the Vendor agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase the kitten described herein under the name of Galldora................................................................................................................................................................... AND THE PURCHASER COVENANTS 1. To undertake to keep the kitten as a household pet only. The purchaser agrees that the kitten shall/shall not be shown in any competitive cat show unless agreed by the seller Show approval: Yes / No 2. Not under any circumstances whatsoever to use the kitten for breeding or allow the kitten to breed with any other cat of the same or a different species, neither will the Purchaser allow any such use to be made of the kitten by any other party. 3. Any change to the purchasers circumstances which would mean the re-homing of the kitten must be brought to the vendors attention. If it is impractical for the seller to take back the kitten a new pet home must be agreed by the vendor in writing, who will supply a new pet sales agreement for the new owners to sign. This agreement must be returned to the vendor before the new owner takes possession of the kitten. 4. That the kitten will be neutered by a Veterinary Surgeon/Practitioner, before attaining the age of seven months. He/she will produce to the Vendor a Certificate from the Veterinary Surgeon/Practitioner stating that this has been carried out. 5. In the event of these covenants being breached the Vendor shall have the right to repossess legally the kitten and to be reimbursed by the Purchaser the reasonable cost of such repossession and the keeping of such kitten for a period of up to two months after repossession. Such costs to include Veterinary examination and fees. 6. In the event of the kitten being repossessed by the vendor, the purchaser acknowledges that no monies by way of compensation or otherwise would be due to him/her 7. If show approval is given, the vendor can take no responsibility should the kitten fail to succeed as a show cat. 8. All reasonable care should be taken for the kittens wellbeing at all times; in the case of accident or illness veterinary advise should be sought immediately. You are strongly advised to take out pet insurance as a responsible pet owner. The kitten is sold as an indoor cat. 9. Transfer papers and GCCF registration numbers will be provided upon receipt of a signed veterinary confirmation certificate of spaying/neutering 10. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales and any disputes arising under it shall be submitted to the Jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales. Vendor
